Jamel Ben Amor is a hospitality leader whose career spans continents and cultures — grounded in the Mediterranean traditions where service is a philosophy, not a function. His years in London refined that foundation across some of the world's most demanding properties, from branded hotels to independent ones. Each chapter sharpened his operational acumen, deepened his commercial insight, and shaped a leader equally fluent in international standards and cultural nuance.

What sets Jamel apart is not the ability to operate within established systems, but the drive to build and transform them. As the Founder & CEO of Marimo Hotels, and the Co-Founder and CEO of IRIS Hotels & Resorts, he helped pioneer boutique hospitality in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — blending international standards with local identity in alignment with the Kingdom's evolving tourism vision. He leads from the front: deeply involved in high-level strategy and day-to-day execution alike. Marimo is the next chapter — a hospitality company built on operational rigour, entrepreneurial instinct, and the conviction that the industry can always be moved forward.
